Q. Will wearing eyelash extensions ruin my own natural Lashes?
A. No! Many try to draw a comparison between acrylic nails and eyelash extensions. Eyelash extensions are different. I have seen many an improvement in a client's own natural lashes after choosing to wear extensions instead of the daily coats of mascara and constant use of the curling tool. Extensions worn wisely (we councel on this) do not damage your own natural lashes. An eyelash growth serum is always recommended for weak or thin lashes.
Q How are lash extensions applied?
A Lash extensions are applied individually to each single natural lash.. they are bonded on with an FDA Approved surgical grade bonding formula made especially for this purpose. They come within one millimeter of the hair follicle of your natural lash, leaving room for your natural lash to breathe and leaving room for application of any lash growth serum product you may choose to use at the same time.
Q How long does application take?
Most applications take about an hour and twenty minutes. If your lashes are in need of a redo, removal of old lashes adds to the time by about 5 to 15 minutes. Subsequent sessions vary in length and depend on what you as a client want to do. An average fill in is about 30 to 60 minutes.
Q Can I wear other make up such as eye shadow, eye liner etc?
A Yes! All forms of makeup are fine.
Q Can I shower bathe and swim in lash extensions?
A Yes! normal activities need not change... your extensions can be worn as naturally as your own lashes.
Q How long to lash extensions last?
A This depends on the individual's shed and regeneration cycle at the time. Most extended lashes last great for 4 to 6 weeks.
